Sharon Tolnai from Pace Center for Girls Receives Junior League of Fort Myers ‘Spirit of the League’ Award On May 17, 2022, Junior League of Fort Myers held their Annual May Dinner recognizing league members who made an impact in the community throughout the past year. Pace Center for Girls, Collier at Immokalee is pleased to announce that Sharon Tolnai, Development Manager for Pace, who is also a Junior League sustaining member, received the ‘Spirit of the League’ award at the dinner. Anita Duenas, a Junior League board member, nominated Tolnai for the award saying, “Sharon has really taken her time in the League and combined it with her own need to be useful in her community and uses her League connections well. I think it really speaks to someone who takes our (Junior League of Fort Myers) values with her in her life and at work to better the community." “It is such an honor to receive this recognition from a group of women who are so passionate about improving our communities here in SWFL,” expressed Tolnai. “My Junior League experience as Communications VP and Community VP has been instrumental in my work transition from for-profit into my role at Pace.
