CMON TO HOST FAMILY FRIENDLY SPRINGTIME EVENT MAY 1 NAPLES, Florida (April 13, 2022) – The Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples will be hosting Spring Fling, a seasonally themed event for children and families, on Sunday, May 1, 2022. This event will open to CMON members only from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. and open to all from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. There are no tickets or registration needed to attend. Become a member at https://www.cmon.org/membership/ for early admission. In addition to the museum’s regular exhibits and programming, Spring Fling will feature springtime crafts, games, and educational activities, face painting, a miniature petting zoo, a bubble dance party, 15-minute parent-and-child yoga sessions, and more. Teddy Bear Mobile – Naples will also be onsite to provide an unforgettable experience where children can pick out and stuff their own stuffed animal. With hands-on exhibit galleries, the accessible museum invites visitors of all ages to journey through the swamps of the Everglades, weave through a maze, climb a two-story banyan tree, or experiment with the water play station. Children can become a weather forecaster, a farmer, a chef, a fisherman, an artist, an architect, or a veterinarian; explore the cold of an igloo, the whoosh of the wind, the sound of the sea, and the effects of gravity. Throughout the day special activities encourage our guests to get involved, try something new and be energized. CMON offers a variety of interactive exhibits providing kids with education, play, learning, science, technology, engineering, inventions, space exploration, art, math, storybooks, creation, building, sensory, and child development.
