The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club will host its elegant Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 12, 2020. A tradition for many Southwest Floridians, the elaborate brunch will be held in the resort’s River of Grass Ballroom, overlooking the championship golf course, from 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
Diners will have an impressive variety of culinary options on the large buffet displays from which to choose. According to the resort’s General Manager Jason Parsons, entrées will include Carved Roast Prime Rib with Garlic Jus; Honey-Glazed Bone-In Smoked Virginia Ham with Rum Raisin Sauce and Dijon Mustard; Baked Florida Snapper with Romesco Sauce; Pan-Roasted Joyce Farms Chicken Breast with Fond Lié; and Rosemary-Crusted Rack of Lamb with Port Wine Au Jus.
Appetizers will include: Chilled Shrimp, Black Mussels and Cocktail Crab Claws; a Smoked Fish Presentation with Salmon, Mackerel and Trout; Imported and Domestic Cheeses; Fresh Fruit and Seasonal Berries; Sliced Italian Meats and Summer Sausages; and a Salad Bar. There also will be assorted specialty salads, including Quinoa and Baby Kale with Dried Fruit; Grilled Octopus with Lemon Parsley Vinaigrette; and Medallion of Duck Breast with Port Wine Reduction and Kumquat Compote.
In addition, many breakfast items will be available, such as: made-to-order Omelets and Eggs; Eggs Benedict; Cinnamon French Toast; Cheese Blintzes with Fruit Sauce; holiday and specialty breads; and an array of breakfast pastries including Sticky Buns and assorted Croissants.
Among the many dessert offerings will be Crepes Made to Order, with such optional inclusions as Strawberries, Pineapples, Bananas, Blueberries, Orange Marmalade, Nutella, Brown Sugar, Whipped Cream, Grand Marnier, Dark Rum, and Port Wine. Additional desserts will include Hazelnut Terrine, Carrot Cake, Tres Leches Cake, Chocolate Roulade, Crispy Apple Pie, Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries, and an assortment of mini pastries,
A special Children’s Buffet will feature Chicken Tenders, Macaroni & Cheese, Mini Pigs in the Blanket, Fish Sticks, Tater Tots, Chocolate Marshmallow Kabob, and Chocolate Rice Krispy.
The price for the brunch is $85 per person (plus tax and gratuity), which includes complimentary champagne and all non-alcoholic beverages, and complimentary valet parking. The price for children ages 6 – 12 is $32 per child (plus tax and gratuity), with children 5 and under free.
