Naples, FL – 5/28/19 – The Neighborhood Health Clinic (Clinic) – a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization providing Collier County’s working, uninsured residents affordable medical and dental care – is pleased to announce the appointment of Gail Dolan, Ed.D, RN, NEA-BC, as the Chief Operating Officer of the charity located at 121 Goodlette Road North, Naples 34102. “It’s an exciting time at the Clinic,” explains CEO Leslie Lascheid. “We’ve celebrated 20 years of hope and healing, enhancing the campus to better meet the needs of our patients and are welcoming new staff, including Gail whose diverse education and experience make her the ideal individual to work directly with both nursing staff and our core of professional volunteers. We’re excited to have her on the team.” As COO, Dolan will oversee the day-to-day operations for the Clinic’s medical and dental patients. An RN, she holds doctorates in education with Nurse Executive, Advanced Certification (NEA-BC). Her experience includes National Dean of Nursing at Rasmussen College, Chief Operation Officer at Naples Community Hospital and time as a Health and Science Educator. Dolan joins 14 fulltime and 6 part-time paid staff in supporting the efforts of approximately 250 physicians, 35 dentists, 100 nurses and 300 non-medical volunteers donating their expertise in providing more than 11,000 patient visits and 27,095 patient procedures to Collier County’s uninsured workers annually.
