W.T. Pearson is the qualifying Broker and Owner of Pearson Commercial Real Estate Services LLC. W.T., short for William Thomas, is a Naples native and attended high school at the Community School of Naples. He went on to pursue his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado at Boulder where he played rugby for the University and studied business management and real estate. Upon graduating in 2012, he moved back to Naples to be closer to his family and to continue his career in commercial real estate. W.T. Ask him about his love of freediving and spearfishing! Matthew Baker is a leasing and sales associate for Pearson Commercial Real Estate Services, having joined the company in 2021. With his knowledge and experience in both construction and local real estate, Matthew strives to assist clients in all aspects of commercial real estate. A Southwest Florida native, Matthew earned a BA in Communications from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2012 after graduating from Barron Collier High School. Matthew previously worked as the lead project manager for a residential custom home developer and real estate investor in both Naples, Florida and Big Sky, Montana. He was an instrumental part of the team, working on ground up development, renovations, entitlement changes, sales, and acquisitions. The variety of professional skills acquired throughout his career are fully utilized at Pearson Commercial Real Estate to meet his clients’ needs and expectations.
