I do not recommend two men and a truck! they broke one of my tvs and did nothing to fix it, along with other personal items that they damaged and "lost". It was a horrible experience, and I'm completely disappointed as I spent over $1200 and expected more than the service that I got.

Typical typical moving company they promised to treat your furniture like they were their own. (until they break some thing oops wasn't my problem it's yours). Omg stuff some of it cannot be replaced they were family heirlooms.
I would not recommend this company, we had three guys doing a move Packing) one guy was really good but the others two men were not can't remember their names which is not good
If we hired hired a five-year-old could actually The packing because these men packed like they were in kindergarten they were so fast they packed like I don't know what and as a result A lot of damage an a lot of things were broken two chandeliers were broken because they would not even packed Half of my doll collection was either broken or turned around like the exorcist meeting one head was turned backwards and one leg was turned backwards the dog that was broken was from Italy and she is a collectible item and she is irreplaceable because my father bought her I'm on mother bought her from Italy.
My mother's dining room table was damaged her 2 leaves was damaged her 2 of her curio cabinets one was from the living room and one from the dining room also had damage on its legs they had to come and repair it the other table that was in the living room had Knicks in the wood.
Totally lost my glasses from the cruiselines (From the signature drinks they had)
They broke my dogs leg she is very collectible and she came from Italy. They broke her leg , Doll was broken in the move so aggravated she is from Italy so so aggravated.
Her legs intact they just need to restring it somehow
I just got done unloading glassware that we use for drinking out of have the glasses were blow broken had to throw out because they were not usable anymore.
I wish they could've come and fix my doll I want them to fix my doll that's what I wantHelpful 7Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Kathleen L.Chicago, IL0275Oct 27, 2021
I never went with this moving company. I asked for a quote to move my studio apartment (mainly boxes - no bed, no mattress, no couch, no dresser as I sold the bigger stuff) from SW FL to Chicago. They quoted me $10,000 for move me out of a studio with an elevator and everything packed up back into another studio. 5k maybe but 10k??? That's insane. Went with another much much cheaper company who even wrapped all my stuff even though it was already boxed up.

STAY AWAY THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH. THEIR POLICIES ARE A TOTAL SCAM!! I ordered a move which in the first place was quoted a fair amount. I specifically sent photos and information of my furniture that was fragile. The lady insured me that they would take great care of everything. PROMISES PROMISES PROMISES!! They sent three guy and one of them was a complete joker playing around.
I get the furniture to the new place and of course I see damages. Damages to the very specific piece I sent the information about. $6,000.00 bed set damaged where one piece was dropped. Tv entertainment set dented, dining room chair ripped.
Then they send this moron over to try and fix the bed and tv entertainment set. I explained the bed has a custom finish and he wants to stick epoxy on it?? This was not the insurance plan I was convinced in purchasing. The guy then accuses me of trying to get free furniture!!!! Excuse me??!! I paid for my belongings and hired a company who promised me the ultimate care and in the end damaged my belongings I paid for!!! Totally unprofessional grump old guy who probably hates his life!!
Then I call corporate and they tell me they can't do anything that I need to deal with the office I initially ordered the job through. I contacted them several times, no calls back until i had to pester them. Finally get a call back and they said give us a replacement cost invoice. So I did for $400.00 (just for bed slats) They then email me and say $200 to make me go always after damaging all three pieces of furniture.
The original quoted price was not want the final bill reflected. $1600 to move my 800 sqft apt for 8 hours!!
THE WORST EVER. IM GOING TO EXPOSE THEIR COMPANY TO PROTECT EVERYONE FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE. DO NOT USE YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET.
Apparently everyone says the same!!! Read the reviews people avoid this company at all cost you will pay with headaches and nonsense and over billing!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Hello Amir, thank you for your feedback.
Just to start, your move was quoted at $1330-1495 to move your apartment from a 3rd floor unit to a 26th floor unit. Your final total was$1442.50 which was within the estimate range including a $30 tip given to the movers. It sounds as if billing and the overall move went as anticipated.
We do have a full-value protection plan on every move we do, and after your concerns with some damage that occurred to a couple of your pieces, we sent out our Professional (and highly reputable) repair vendor to assess the damage. Remember, as per the first call you had with us we explained our damage policy of professionally repairing your items first and then if it was deemed UN-repairable, we would compensate at the value of the item.
When our repair vendor deemed your items as fully repairable, once he attempted the repair you became highly upset that you were not just getting new items. Our repair vendor let us know how incredibly uncomfortable you made him and it was apparent he was not comfortable completing any type of work with you or on your property. Your aggression towards our repair vendor was not something we have ever experienced with any other customers, so we had to discuss how to move forward with your claim. Since the item was fully repairable but you declined your repair, we offered compensation at the value of the repair cost, so you could proceed with your own vendor. You declined.
After this, you became increasingly difficult to speak with, threatening our company and our employees.
We are very sorry that you were unhappy with our service, our protection plan, our vendors and all other areas you have been frustrated with. We feel as if did our due diligence and are disappointed we could not meet your expectations.
Thank you,
Kayla, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK - Lynn B.Bradenton, FL019Jan 27, 2021Updated review
Received some money back due to damages. Management was nice and tried to rectify the problem. I would still never use the company ever again. Money received won't cover the true amount to refurbish my furniture, nor for the aggravation of this experience. Movers need more training. Pretty much damaged every item. I should have brought them to court. Following up with corporate head quarters.
Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Oct 15, 2020Previous reviewI would not recommend this moving company. Didn't use blankets to secure my items. Wood furniture was scratched, DVD player was dented. They didn't convey anything until I started moving items; unprofessional.
I have moved many times and the movers always usually come in with tape, blankets, and plastic wrap. They came in with nothing. Had to convey items needed to be wrapped with blankets but still nothing! Don't you think you want to protect people's items?! I don't write reviews but irritated me enough to write one. - Chris F.Flower Mound, TX36275Jun 4, 2018Updated review
Typical moving company. They promise to be different (treat you like Grandma) until they break something, and then the excuses start flying. They broke my tv stand, and rejected the claim because "tv's aren't covered." They didn't disclose tv's weren't covered until AFTER we arrived at the new house. When I filed a claim, the movers said they told me about this exclusion up front. This was a LIE. I would have put the tv's in my SUV for the 10 mile move, if they'd told me BEFORE we moved. Luckily it's only a $150 tv stand that was broken. Finding an "honest mover" is like looking for a unicorn. If this is how Two Men treat their grandma, they must hate her.
Response to Kayla - You're totally right, I should have read EVERY SINGLE WORD on the paperwork. We all know this is how moving companies weasel out of paying for things they break. However, your mover (the Czech guy) didn't disclose the tv's weren't covered until AFTER we moved and wrote this in by hand. It was totally my fault for signing it and trusting him. Lesson learned.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi Chris,
We apologize that you were unsatisfied with our damage polices. While we do provide full value protection on every move, our policy also specifically states that all flat screen TV's, mirrors, pictures, and lamps are required to be boxed to be transported on our truck properly and safely.
Unfortunately, during the estimate and scheduling process you chose to not have us box your flat screen TV's and stated you would like to sign a release of liability for items that we require to be boxed. This was noted in your file on May 7th at 2:13pm which was two full weeks before your move with us. This was also disclosed on move day by our movers and you signed the release of liability for your TV not being boxed during your move.
While we completely understand your frustration, we do feel like we have been clear and upfront with our policies since the beginning of our communication with you.
We pride ourselves on being an honest and reliable moving company in our community and apologize that you did not feel that we met your expectations.
If there is anything further we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at (239) 337-3331.
Thank you!

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS...USE ANOTHER FRANCHISE. THE THONOTASSA OFFICE HAS BEEN AMAZING I called and received an estimate. I gave my debit card and my email. I never heard a thing. I received no call 48 hours. I never received documentation to review the terms of my move in order to cancel within 48 hours. I received a call the day before my supposed move that I'm scheduled to move. I never received a service agreement. I never received a copy of the estimate. NO ONE EVER called BECAUSE someone typed in the wrong e-mail address. I NEVER SIGNED A THING. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME TO FIX the email address. Now, they are trying to charge me a cancellation fee because I never canceled. I never canceled because I had no idea that I was even booked. The company tried to say they were going to charge me and that they don't care that I never received any documentation because my phone call was recorded. I know in that phone call -- they said I'd receive confirmation and a copy of the estimate. Because of their mistake, I never did. WHAT COMPANY OPERATES THIS WAY? The first line on the cancellation form they sent me says "I understand the pre-move..." How can I understand something I never received and they KNOW I never received? I spoke with my "move coordinator" a woman named Jamie. She was defensive, unprofessional, and called me "mean and rude" because I didn't think I should pay for her error in typing my email address or follow-up. I asked to speak with her manager, she said she is the manager. I asked to speak with the franchise owner - she said he was not at this location and he was unavailable. As a lawyer, because they failed to follow or adhere to any acceptable business practices, I told her I would sue if they charged me, Especially after receiving none of the agreements or notices that I should have been given. She said she'd see me in court because I was "rude." Last time I litigated a case, whether or not someone who's rights were violated was rude had no bearing on the law. Do I feel bad they lose business because she can't type? Absolutely, but I never received confirmation from them and I had to book another company. I hope they fix this issue. However, if they are this defensive over their mistake ...how do they handle bigger issues? I'd say it's best not to risk it. I'm using another Two Men and A Truck Franchise and I received follow-ups, text messages, phone calls, and all of my agreements. That shows me this Franchise is poorly run and they need better employees.

It is the second time I've used these guys to move and I recommend them without reservation. They hustled all day through a move that was not small. It was the hottest day ever - - it felt like 150 degrees - - but it did not deter or slow them down. All three guys were great... Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks, Two Men and a Truck!!!
