Originally from New Orleans, he has lived in Florida since the mid-70s when he relocated to study Finance and earn his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida. Patrick's background as a property appraiser along with his education and years of experience in real estate enable him to provide buyers and sellers a comprehensive and realistic assessment of changing markets. In addition to being a full-time, top producer for Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, he is President of the Collier County 100 Club, is a volunteer First Responder, and is a graduate of Leadership Collier and Leadership Institute.
