Naples Historical Society is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to Preserving Naples History and Heritage for the Community and Future Generations to Enjoy. The Society accomplishes its mission through a series of three (3) long-term preservation initiatives and nine (9) popular educational programs, all of which are based at the Society’s educational headquarters, Historic Palm Cottage™. All residents and visitors are encouraged to get involved. With an 11,000% increase in the county’s population in the last few decades, it is important to be a part of living history and help to inspire an appreciation for the value of preservation. It Takes a Community to Preserve One. RENT Historic Palm Cottage, or take a tour led by one of our knowledgeable Docents. Learn about the community in which you work, live and play.
